What it means

The scheduler placed nothing for this job yet. Either no node has the CPU, memory or room it asks for, or every node already holds the most jobs it may. The job stays pending and is looked at again whenever a node or an assignment changes.

A job that is not started within its deadline ends as failed (deadline). Lower its limits, add a node, or wait for a job to end. zcube why job NAME names the shortfall.
