What it means

The node pulled the image from the reference it has for this tree, and the files it unpacked to are not the tree the service's image digest names. Nothing was started.

Either the reference points at another image than the one the digest was made from, or the digest was made for another platform (the node's architecture decides which image of a multi-platform reference it gets). Pull the reference again with Zigbox, take the tree digest it prints and put that in the service file.
