What it means

Another process or connection held a lock the store needed and did not let go within the time zcube waits, or Postgres ended the operation because it conflicted with another (a deadlock or a serialisation failure). The operation did not take effect.

Only the zcube server should use a store while it runs. Look for a second server, a backup job or a manual sqlite3 or psql session that holds a transaction open on the same store, stop it, and retry. On Postgres, a long-running transaction in pg_stat_activity is the usual cause.
