What it means

An agent that loses contact with the server stops its containers a fixed margin before its lease can run out, and the server places replacements only after the lease has run out and a grace period has passed. The margin must cover the time the agent needs to stop its containers, the drift between the two clocks over one lease, and the time the kernel needs to kill a process. These settings leave too little, so two copies of a replica could run at once.

The cause line names the numbers. Shorten the lease time to live, or leave the fencing constants as they are.
