What it means

The record of a job's run, once encoded, is larger than the bound on one run (16 KiB). The API checks a job's words against their bounds before it accepts the job, so a job that reaches this point got past a check it should have failed. This is a bug in zcube, not something you did, and not a memory limit: raising limits changes nothing. The job is not started.
