What it means
The peer's handshake message was malformed, came in the wrong order, held a signature or Finished that does not verify, or the peer sent a fatal alert. Nothing was accepted: the connection is closed and no application data was sent. The cause names the message and the rule, or the alert the peer sent.
A signature or Finished that does not verify means the peer does not hold the key of the certificate it showed, or the two sides saw different handshakes. Check that the peer is a zcube server and that nothing between the two rewrites the connection.
