What it means

A node needed the chunk tree of an image and could not get it onto this node: no peer sent it, and the registry did not serve it. The cause line names the tree's digest and every source that was tried, in order.

Check that the registry is reachable from this node, and that the digest names an image that was pushed. A digest that was never pushed is held by no source, so every fetch of it fails the same way.
