What it means

A run's container is gone and nothing says how it ended: the agent lost its state directory or the supervisor's exit record, or the host restarted, so the process that was running it no longer exists and left no exit status.

The job ends as failed (unknown). It is never started again: a run is started at most once, and starting it to find out would break that. The cause line names the run and what was missing.

Find out why: a host restart (uptime, the system log) or a state directory that was cleared, moved or not mounted (the agent's --state-dir). Fix that first, or the next run can be lost the same way; then submit the job again under a new name if it should run.
