What it means

The service sets a CPU, memory or process limit. Zigbox applies limits through a cgroup scope that the user's systemd creates, and the agent's user has no systemd user bus (no login session, or lingering is off). The container was not started: running it without its limits would not be what the service asked for.

Enable lingering for the agent's user (loginctl enable-linger) and make sure XDG_RUNTIME_DIR names its runtime directory, or remove the limits.
