What it means

An agent writes what it observed only while it holds tenure on its node: while the node's registration is the one it made. This write named a registration that has since ended or been replaced, because the lease ran out or another registration took its place. Nothing was written.

The agent stops its containers, registers again and reports from the new tenure. Nothing needs doing unless this repeats: then two agents may be using one node name, or the agent is cut off for longer than the lease time to live.
