What it means

The agent keeps one directory per container, holding the container's spec, the run record its supervisor writes and the lock that shows the supervisor is alive. The directory could not be created or read, or another agent is using it.

Check the path and its permissions, and that only one agent uses it. The cause line names the path and what the host reported.
