What it means

A job named this exists, and what you submitted differs from it in its image, source, command, env, limits, deadline, grace period, labels, retries or input. Submitting the same job again is safe and changes nothing: the second POST answers with the job that exists. A different job is refused so that a retry can never replace the one that ran.

Use another name, or wait until the old job has ended and been removed (an ended job is kept for at least an hour), then submit again.
