What it means

The store keeps regular files, directories and symlinks. A device node, a FIFO or a socket in the imported directory was skipped, and the message names it. A root filesystem normally has none of these on disk: a container gets its own /dev, so the digest does not miss them.

Past the first few, the warnings are counted and the last one says how many were not shown.
