What it means

The container has ended, and zbx made sure its systemd scope went away: the scope goes by itself when its last process exits, and zbx asks the user's systemd manager to stop it if it does not. That did not work, so the scope, with its cgroup under /sys/fs/cgroup, may still be there. It holds no process of the container, but a new run with the same name will be refused until it is gone (ZBX-E0305).

The cause says what went wrong. "systemctl --user stop zbx-<name>.scope" removes the scope by hand.
