What it means

zbx keeps what each container writes to its standard output and error in a log (<state>/zbx/logs/<name>.log), up to 5 MiB, for "zbx logs". That log could not be made or written, for example because the disk is full or the state directory cannot be written, so the run goes on without it.

A foreground run still shows its output on the terminal. "zbx logs" will show what was written before the failure, if anything. Free space, or point XDG_STATE_HOME at a directory with room.
