What it means
Virtualization.framework refused to start the Linux virtual machine, or the machine failed while it started. The cause gives the framework's own words, its error domain and its code, and the step that failed (configuring, validating or starting).
The usual reasons are a size the framework does not allow (see zbx vm config), too little free memory on the Mac, and a damaged VM image. The machine's console is in the log file the diagnostic names: its last lines say how far the guest got.
