What it means
A step runs its .run command in a container made from its base, with its inputs read-only at /src, each needed step's output at /in/<name>, and /out to write its output into. Only a step whose command exits 0 has an output. The first line says how it ended: its exit code, a signal, out of memory, the process limit, or the step's timeout (30 minutes), in the words zbx run uses.
A step has no network unless it says .network = true, so a step that fetches something fails as one that cannot resolve a name. The step's whole output is kept in its log.
The step is also refused, with this code, when its environment is too large: the base image's variables, the step's .env and the fixed ones together are more than a command can be given. Remove variables from .env or use a base with a smaller environment.
