What it means
zbx state restore puts a removed volume back under its name, and a volume of that name was made again since it was removed (a run named it with --state). Restoring would replace the new one, so nothing was changed.
Remove the new volume first if it is not needed (zbx state rm <name>, which moves it to the trash too), then restore the old one.
