What it means

zbx attaches pasta to the container's network namespace by the container's process id. pasta releases created before 2024_02_16 do not notice when such a namespace goes away, so they would keep the published ports after the container ended. zbx refuses them before it starts anything.

The cause names the version found and the one needed. Install a newer passt package; Ubuntu 24.04 and Debian 13 ship one that is new enough.
