What it means

--net user and --publish connect the container to the network through pasta, a program from the passt project that runs as the user, needs no privilege and changes no firewall rule, route or interface of the host. zbx looks for it in the directories of PATH and found none.

Install it (Debian and Ubuntu: apt install passt; Fedora: dnf install passt), or run without a network (the default) or with the host's (--net host). zbx doctor shows whether pasta was found.
