What it means

The registry answered 404 for the manifest: the repository does not exist, or the tag or digest is not in it. The message names the registry, the repository and the tag or digest.

Check the spelling, and the tag with the registry's own listing. On Docker Hub an official image lives in library/, which zbx adds for a name of one part.
