What it means

A gc keeps what the roots reach, and a root's record in the store can not be read or is from a newer zbx, so what it keeps is not known. gc refuses rather than guess: a wrong guess deletes a tree somebody needs.

The message names the root. "zbx store verify" says more. Delete the record if the tree is not wanted, or import the directory again to write it afresh.
