What it means

The trash holds fewer objects, trees or materialized directories than the gc that made it recorded, so putting it back would give a store with holes. Something removed files from the trash directory by hand.

Nothing was moved. The message says how many were recorded and how many are there. What is missing can be imported again from its source.
