What it means

"zbx store restore" puts back what a gc moved to the trash. Something in that trash is in the store again (an import or a commit wrote the same object, tree or materialized directory in the meantime), and restore does not decide which copy is right.

Nothing was moved. The message names the first one and how many there are. Drop the roots that brought them back with "zbx store rm" and gc again, or leave the trash to expire.
