What it means

A commit reads a container's upper layer file by file. Overlayfs can also keep a change as a redirect (a renamed directory, "user.overlay.redirect") or as metadata only ("user.overlay.metacopy"), and the upper layer alone does not say what the change was then. zbx mounts without those features, so this means the layer was made by something else, or by a kernel whose defaults turn them on.

The cause names the file. Nothing was changed.
