What it means

zbx holds a bounded amount in memory while it imports: at most 16384 entries in one directory, names up to 255 bytes, 64 levels of nesting, a symlink target up to 4095 bytes, files up to 4 GiB, and 16 MiB for the names and entries of all the directories being read at once.

The cause names the limit and the path where it was passed. Split the directory, or leave out what is not part of the root filesystem.
