What it means

Each container runs in a systemd scope named zbx-<name>.scope, and a unit of that name is already there: another container with the same name is running, or one that ended has not been cleaned up yet. zbx never reuses a scope, so the run was refused.

Choose another name with --name, or stop the other container. The unit can be listed with "systemctl --user list-units 'zbx-*'".
