What it means

zbx proves who it is to the user's D-Bus socket with the SASL mechanism EXTERNAL, which sends only the user id and relies on the socket's credentials. The bus rejected that, or answered something else, or refused the Hello that follows.

This usually means the socket belongs to another user: an address inherited through su or sudo points at the previous user's bus. Unset DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS, or run zbx from the user's own login session. The cause shows what the bus answered.
