What it means

When zbx's standard input and output are both a terminal, zbx exec gives the command a pseudo-terminal of its own (/dev/ptmx), with the size of zbx's, and puts zbx's terminal in raw mode so that every key reaches the command. One of these steps failed.

Run without a terminal instead: give zbx exec a pipe or a file as its input (zbx exec web -- cmd < /dev/null), and the command's streams are zbx's own.
