What it means

zbx exec starts the command in the container's working directory, or in the one --workdir names. That directory is not there in the container (or is not a directory, or cannot be entered). Unlike zbx run, exec makes nothing in a running container.

Name a directory the container has, or make it first: zbx exec web -- mkdir -p /work
