can't set up the read-only rootfs

What it means
--read-only mounts a tmpfs on the rootfs's /tmp and /run, then remounts the rootfs read-only. One of those steps failed, so the container was not started.
When the cause says /tmp or /run could not be made, the rootfs does not have the directory and is not writable by this user, so zbx cannot make the mount point: make both directories as the rootfs's owner (mkdir -p <rootfs>/tmp <rootfs>/run) and run again. Otherwise the kernel refused the mount or the remount; the cause says why.
