What it means

The command takes fewer arguments than it was given. "doctor", "help" and "--version" take none; "explain" takes exactly one code; "run" takes its command only after "--".

Some options of "run" exclude each other: --rootfs and a tree, and --publish with --net none or --net host (a forward needs the network of its own that pasta gives, --net user, which --publish implies).

Remove the extra arguments. The message names the first one zbx ignored.
